Founding director of Meiburg Wine Media (MWM), Asia’s leading specialized wine marketing, events and public relations agency, Debra has deep roots and extensive connections to wine lovers, the trade and media across Asia. Together with MWM, she is involved in producing over 100 wine events annually, and has been championing the spread of wine culture in Asia for over 15 years.
Debra is wine consultant for Cathay Pacific Airways and Cathay Dragon and holds the position of Chair of the Education Committee for the Institute of Masters of Wine.

She was ranked the 7th most powerful woman in wine by The Drinks Business magazine, received the China Power List Award by WINE Magazine (China) and was named one of 7 People to Watch by Decanter Magazine.
