Sauvignon NZ is the must-attend experience for anyone passionate about New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and the global wine community. Your Ticket Includes

• Access to three days of conference-style sessions including two Major Tastings 
• Access to Participating Winery tastings 
• Attendance to the culinary activities, including long lunches over the three days
• Ticket to the night 1 high-energy welcome function
• Ticket to the very special Finale Experience
• Ability to purchase tickets to ‘Dinner at my Place’ on night two.

Ticket price is listed in New Zealand Dollars and includes GST at 15%

Terms & Conditions

Ticket refunds and transfers: 
If you’re unable to attend, your registration (including your function tickets) may be assigned to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Sauvignon Blanc NZ 2027’s event organisers, Conference Innovators. You can email the team at: georgia@conference.nz

Registration cancellations received in writing before 1 December 2026 will receive a full refund less $200 + GST (NZD) administration charge. No refunds will be made from 1 December 2026; however substitutions are welcome.

Accommodation cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the hotel concerned.

If the Sauvignon Blanc NZ 2027 event is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Sauvignon Blanc NZ 2027 Board, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

In order for a NZ winery to participate in Sauvignon Blanc NZ 2027, they must be signed up as a participating winery. Staff from wineries that are not a participating winery are not able to purchase a delegate ticket only.
